OREANDA-NEWS. During the period of 1-30 September 2014 construction works at the fourth phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex (73-79 Lomonosova str., Kyiv) were carried out according to the schedule.

At the fourth phase of construction, construction works were being carried out in two residential buildings. In building B-6, the following works took place:

- reinforced concrete slabs of the roof installation - 100% complete;

- windows installation - 90% complete;

- installation of ventilation, water supply, heating and sewage equipment - 50% complete;

- final roofing works - 30%;

- aluminum window panels installation - 25% complete;

- facade works - 20%.

In building B-7, the following works took place:

- construction of the monolith frame - 95% complete;

- brick laying works - 90% complete.
