OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company concluded a contract of property insurance against all risks with the Russian companies of the GRUNDFOS Group. Pursuant to the terms of the insurance program, insurance protection is provided for buildings, machinery and equipment and inventory in Moscow and the Moscow Region, Saint Petersburg, and the other regions of the Russian Federation.

The GRUNDFOS Group was founded in 1945 in Denmark. Today, it is the world's leading manufacturer of pumping equipment for all industries and the private sector. The Group currently has 85 representative offices in 45 countries of the world. The total output is more than 16 million pumps annually.

The GRUNDFOS pumps have been known In Russia since the beginning of the 1960s. The first pumps were delivered to the country in 1962. In 1998, GRUNDFOS LLC, a subsidiary of GRUNDFOS, was founded. The first phase of the GRUNDFOS Istra plant for the production of pumping equipment (Istra, the Moscow Region) was launched in 2005, and in 2011 the construction of the second phase was completed.

In 2014, GRUNDFOS LLC has 27 representative offices in all the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. The GRUNDFOS pumps are used by water services companies in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Khabarovsk, Syktyvkar, Podolsk, Ivanovo, Yaroslavl, and a number of other towns, as well as by other utility and housing facilities and a number of large-scale Russian industrial enterprises, airports, sports facilities, etc.
