OREANDA-NEWS. The Ufa Branch of the Bank of Moscow opened two credit facilities of RUB 550M with a 7-year maturity period for the municipal heating network operator Ufimskie Inzhenernye Seti (UIS). The credit facilities were provided for the enterprise to replenish its working capital and repay its debts under previous loans. The loan is secured in its entirety with a municipal guarantee.

MUP Ufimskie Inzhenernye Seti operates and develops the heating infrastructure in the city of Ufa and supplies hot water and heat to the residents in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. MUP UIS has been a client of the Bank of Moscow since December, 2012.

"Supporting the functioning of the region and the city, and developing the cooperation with municipal enterprises is among the priorities of the Bank of Moscow," commented Evgeny Monin, Director of Corporate Sales Management Department of the Bank of Moscow. "In Ufa, the Bank of Moscow aims to become the key bank financing municipal programmes."
