OREANDA-NEWS. Elena Milinova has left the post of Deputy General Director - Chief Financial Officer of KAMAZ after almost 8 years of working for the company.

Elena Milinova made a significant contribution to improve KAMAZ's transparency for shareholders and investors. Thanks to her efforts, KAMAZ switched over to IFRS and received long-term loans to finance its investment program.

One of her important activities in OJSC KAMAZ was to attract and interact with the company's strategic partner - Daimler AG.

Elena Milinova was in charge of KAMAZ Group's restructuring as a result of which KAMAZ divested lots of its unprofitable and non-core businesses, improved control over subsidiaries and enhanced its profitability.
