Company representatives will introduce event guests to the advantages of its innovative service model, BSaaS (business solutions as a service), that features clients provided with ready services complete with all the necessary infrastructure for long-term use on a subscriber basis.

BTE, which specializes in servicing banking equipment, will present a BSaaS service designed particularly for the banking sector: electronic queue management as a service.

A speech given by Temir Shamil, vice president for business development in the banking sector at MAYKOR, will focus on development trends in the service and outsourcing for financial organizations market. Entitled “Outsourcing for banks: trends and new services,” it will see the speaker talking in detail about new opportunities for BTE after its merger with the banking department at MAYKOR, the largest player in the Russian outsourcing market.
