OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2014. Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 August 2014 (the “Announcement”) made by Burwill Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in relation to the Disposal and the Guarantee and the announcement dated 8 September 2014 (the “Delay Announcement”) made by the Company in relation to the delay in despatch of the Circular.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement and the Delay Announcement unless otherwise stated herein.

As disclosed in the Delay Announcement, it was expected that the Circular containing, among others, further details of the Disposal and the Guarantee and a notice convening the SGM would be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 26 September 2014. As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the financial and other information to be disclosed in the Circular, the despatch of the Circular will be further delayed to on or before 15 October 2014.
