SEB Bank Creates Euro Page on its Website
OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2014. In order to ensure easy acquisition of the information related to the introduction of the Euro and prepare for the transition to the Euro, as from 23 July of this year, SEB Bank publishes the Euro page www.seb.lt/euras on its website.
The mobile version of the page is also available in order to ensure maximum convenience in viewing its contents. The address of the page should be used irrespective of the device (PC or smart phone) used for viewing the Euro information page.
Currently, on the page the most relevant information about the recent development concerning the introduction of the Euro can be found – frequently asked questions with answers, major changes in the bank's services during the transition phase, Euro calculator, and a section to get acquainted with Euro bank notes and the Lithuanian coins. The page is available in the Lithuanian and English languages.
In the course of time, the page will also provide information about the work of SEB Bank in the end of the year and the availability of various electronic channels during the introduction of the Euro.
President of SEB Bank Raimondas Kvedaras: "We, as a bank, have started to prepare for the introduction of the Euro already from May of the last year, since replacement of all the systems requires a great deal of resources. Now, when the final confirmation for the introduction of the Euro in Lithuania has been given, we want to provide to our clients and the public the possibility to find answers to any questions in the context of the Euro."
