OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2014. The Management Committee of  BC "Victoriabank" S.A.  informs that according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova and the decision of the competent authorities, the members of the Steering Committee, namely N. Politov-Cangas, C. Ghimpu, L. Vangheli, exercise their professional duties and job obligations following September 24th, 2014 until the appointment of new members of the Management Committee of  BC "Victoriabank" S.A. by the competent authorities in accordance with the Statutes of the Bank.

Given that earlier the judicial bodies of the Republic of Moldova suspended the execution of the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of  BC "Victoriabank" S.A. shareholders and the Board of  Directors of  BC "Victoriabank" S.A., the members of the Executive Board are entitled to represent the Bank in relationship with third parties, in decisions making, signing of contracts and to exercise operational duties, until a new competent authority will be established, in accordance with the Statutes of the Bank, which may appoint members of the Management Committee of  BC "Victoriabank" S.A.

Thus, pursuant to the law, the work of the Management Committee composed of N. Politov-Cangas, C. Ghimpu, L. Vangheli and E. Goncear is considered valid, with all the judicial powers for the operation of the Bank.
