OREANDA-NEWS. October 03, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has acted as paying agent authorized by the FSUE Post of Russia to pay interest on the seventh coupon of the FSUE’s Series 01 bonds (registration number 4 01-00005-T of November 18, 2010).

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9% per annum, or 44 rubles 88 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 314,145,093 rubles after tax.

The FSUE Post of Russia offered its five-year Series 01 bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on March 29, 2011 to raise 7 billion rubles. The issue comes with a three-year early payback option.

Sviaz-Bank acted as a co-managing underwriter of issue placement.
