OREANDA-NEWS. October 02, 2014. Well known leadership expert Robin Sharma delivered a presentation on leadership without a title at Sberbank’s head office.

The event was opened by CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Herman Gref. “To implement our ambitious development strategy for 2014-2018, we need to work on ourselves,” said Herman Gref. “And Robin Sharma’s experience, knowledge and talent will help us.”

A leader without a title is someone who, regardless of their title, is ready to take on responsibility, develop and improve, helping their company to reach new heights, while changing their own life at the same time. How to first of all lead yourself and then lead others? This is what Robin Sharma talked about with Sberbank employees.

The presentation was broadcast to all of Sberbank’s regional and subsidiary banks in Russia, as well as various Sberbank Group departments in other countries.

Robin Sharma is the founder of the training company Sharma Leadership International Inc. that helps company employees to become leaders without titles, and author of international best sellers on motivation, leadership, and personal development, including the book “Leaders without titles”, which was published in the Sberbank library series in 2013.
