OREANDA-NEWS. October 02, 2014. The Association of Independent Audit and Consulting Firms Grant Thornton International (GTI) where FBK is a member, has been named "Employer of the year – 2014" by the International Accounting Bulletin (International Accounting Bulletin).

Jury members recognized the high level of corporate support of company’s employees, availability of programs for internal training and promotion of the companies' employees within the network, focus on quality of services and observance of corporate standards.

Grant Thornton’s program for development of leadership qualities and the global secondment program of Grant Thornton enabling perspective and well-proven employees to have internships and seek higher positions in Grant Thornton’s companies were especially recognized. At the moment, the program covers over 300 employees of the network.

According to the CEO of Grant Thornton International Ed Nusbaum, development of the potential of employees of Grant Thornton is our strategy’s focus.

In September 2014 GTI held a three-day online summit for employees of the network– "Global Jam", where everybody could discuss issues of international cooperation, development of the network’s business, personnel management, improvement of client services. Arrangement of such summits is a part of GTI corporate culture. Over 14,000 persons took part in the forum including managing partners and invited experts.
