As President of AvtoVAZ, Bo Andersson, said, the work on the construction of the enterprise is already underway. AvtoVAZ, from its part, will provide management support and training assistance to the joint venture.

"In 2016 we will build a joint venture in Kazakhstan. There will be produced all new models of Lada, including Lada Vesta. I would like to note that a half of the manufactured products will be exported back to Russia, mainly - to the Siberian region", - said the head of AvtoVAZ. - "I thank the Government of the Republic for the fact that they maintain their machinery. Now there are 3 million cars of brand Lada in the streets of Kazakhstan. And this is just the beginning. We have already demonstrated that we get a very high quality of work together. "
