OREANDA-NEWS. Toshiba Carrier Corporation announced today its plan to merge with its subsidiary Toshiba Carrier Airconditioning Service Corporation.

The merger will allow Toshiba Carrier to offer comprehensive services from sales, installation and maintenance through one consolidated organization, as well as enhance efficiency in its domestic business operations. The merger is scheduled to become effective Nov. 1, 2014.

Upon completion of the merger, Toshiba Carrier Airconditioning Service Corporation will become part of and operate as Toshiba Carrier. As such, all assets, liabilities, and contracts owned by Toshiba Carrier Airconditioning Service Corporation will become part of Toshiba Carrier.
