MCC Group Adjusts Assignments of Major Leaders of 20MCC Group
OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2014. A Cadre Conference was convened by China 20MCC Construction Group (20MCC Group). President Zhang Zhaoxiang of MCC and Vice Party Secretary Shan Zhongli of MCC Group and MCC were present at the meeting. Shan Zhongli presided over the meeting.
On behalf of the Party Committee of MCC Group, he announced the determination of MCC on adjustment of the functional assignments of the major leaders of 20MCC Group, according to which: Wang Yingjun is nominated as the General Manager (Legal Representative) and Party Secretary of 20MCC Group; Zhang Mengxing is transferred to the Headquarters of MCC Group and hold a concurrent post as the Chairman of 20MCC Group.
Zhang Zhaoxiang delivered an important speech at the conference. At the outset, he made a briefing on the functional assignments adjustment of the major leaders of 20MCC Group, speaking highly of the achievements made by the company. According to Zhang, 20MCC Group is one of the leading companies of MCC Group’s subsidiaries which are engaged in construction works.
Thanks to the leading of the all the leader groups in the past time, especially the hard work accomplished by the leader group headed by Zhang Mengxing and Wang Yingjun, as well as the all the cadres and employees, 20MCC Group has made outstanding achievements in reform and development, ranking top among the same-type subsidiaries of MCC Group for years in terms of the operating revenue, the value of newly-signed contract and the profit. In addition, 20MCC Group has made remarkable progress on the overseas business, and accumulated rich overseas experiences.
At present, however, MCC Group does not witness an ideal growth in overseas business. In order to turn around the situation of the low proportion of overseas business among the total volume of the Group, as well as the big gap comparing with that of the other central enterprises, the Party Committee of MCC Group made comprehensive and careful research, and then determined to transfer Zhang Mengxing to a new post in the Headquarters of the Group, who shall mainly focus upon the growth of the overseas business of the whole Group, and make contribution to the smooth transition and sustainable development of 20MCC Group. At the meeting, Zhang put forward three requirements to the work of 20MCC Group in the next stage:
I. At a new historical starting point, 20MCC Group shall not rest on its laurels but continue to further successes on the enterprise reform.
As a matter of fact, from one of the members in the first square of MCC Group, 20MCC Group has turned itself into one of the leading companies of the Group’s subsidiaries which are engaged in construction works, and still maintains a perfect developing momentum. The hard work and the outstanding operation performance fulfilled by all the cadres and employees of 20MCC Group are speaking for themselves. There is no end for an enterprise to make progress in its development. In the future, the company will still face heavy tasks of reform and growth. Basing upon the current foundation, 20MCC Group shall repay all the employees with better performance and make more contributions to the sustainable healthy development of MCC Group.
II. 20MCC Group shall attach great importance to the problems of the high ratios of receivables and inventory, and take effective measures to resolve such problems.
Along with the continuous expansion of the business scope, 20MCC Group also encounters the problems of the high ratios of receivables and inventory, which have brought about obvious increasing of financial costs, as well as more risks of fund and market. MCC Group pays keen attention on the clear-up defaults, and has put forward a series of strict requirements. In this view, 20MCC Group shall take further corresponding measures, improve the financial situation as soon as possible, and thus ensure the economic benefit and development quality of the enterprise.
III. 20MCC Group shall redouble efforts in work-style construction for cadres, lay emphasis on probity and self-discipline, and establish an operational team with perfect working style.
The development of 20MCC Group is derived from the perfect qualification, the combatant and pioneering spirit of all the cadres and employees, which are deemed to be the valuable treasures and power resources for the enterprise growth. This is no end for construction of work-style. All the cadres of 20MCC Group shall stick to the requirements raised by the central government and the Party Committee of MCC Group, implement the provisions without any reservation, adhere to the principles of honest and upright, undertake strict management and set an example to others. The Party Committee of 20MCC Group shall take the responsibilities on construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean administration, create a sound environment for operation, establish a leading group which is forging ahead with determination, build up a enthusiastic team of cadres and employees, and inject more powerful new vitality to the reform and development of 20MCC Group.
Zhang Mengxing and Wang Yingjun respectively aired opinions at the conference. The members of the leading group, as well as the cadres of middle and higher levels of 20MCC Group were present at the meeting.
