OREANDA-NEWS. September 30, 2014. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) found that “Argus-Spektr” CJSC and its 68 dealers violated Clause 1 Part 2 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The economic entities concluded prohibited “vertical” agreements by fixing the minimum reselling price for specialized equipment for fire-preventing monitoring systems in the contracts, and by “Argus-Spektr” CJSC and its dealers participating in the agreements in 2011-2014.
