OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2014.The Yaroslavl branch of Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has accredited, under its Novostroyka (New Home) program, a three-storied residential house and utility service lines under construction in city blocks bounded by Krasnoborskaya, Khutorskaya, Priozernaya, and Ozernaya Grivka streets.

The house is being built by RosInvestStroy LLC.

The brick house is gas-heated separately from the utility network and is designed in uncommon colors – brown and ivory bricks – distinguishing it from its neighbors. The new house stands in Yaroslavl’s environmentally clean Zavolzhsky district. A pine-tree grove, hypermarket, and several hospitals and educational institutions for children are within walking distance from the house.

The new house is the sixth project to be accredited by the Yaroslavl branch in the city. The branch also issues mortgages for the purchase of apartments in the residential complex going up in the Yaroslavl district. The New Home mortgage program is popular with the Bank’s customers, especially after the mortgage issue terms have been relaxed: surcharges on the interest rate for credit history quality, loan period, and income certification form have been canceled. The interest rate now depends on the amount of the down payment only. The minimum down payment required to be made on a loan from Sviaz-Bank amounts to 10% of the housing price, the minimum interest is charged at 11.8%, and the maximum loan period is 30 years.
