OREANDA-NEWS. Kazkommertsbank and BTA Bank received prestigious international banking awards for high quality of payments services from J.P. Morgan, the largest American bank.

Commercial investment bank J.P. Morgan (USA) honored Kazkommertsbank and BTA awards "Quality Recognition Award" for accurate and error-free operations of funds transfer according to the results for 2013.

Kazkom and BTA awarded this award for the quality of operations MT103 in SWIFT system, sent by them through J.P. Morgan, correspondent bank. According to reports, 97.72% and 99.15% of transactions made in 2013 through Kazkom and BTA, respectively, were carried out without any mistakes and delays in fully automated mode, which demonstrates a high level of customer service in these banks.

The award was given in recognition of the quality and stability of operations, as well as compliance with the standards, which are maintained in financial institutions in international payments in US dollars. At a time when the cost of operations has great importance, quality and speed of direct payments are the most important components of a successful cooperation between banks and their customers.
