OREANDA-NEWS.  September 24, 2014. The 14-th Scientific and Practical Conference of JSC TATNEFT's young employees was held at the Company, which brought together more than 300 delegates from the structural divisions and subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, management companies, educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan and energy companies of the Russian Federation.

Currently there are 29,500 young employees working at the TATNEFT Group of Companies, of which 1,770 persons are managers, 6,200 people occupy the positions of engineers, technicians and workers.

Vladimir Fadeev, Head of the Production Department - Deputy Chief Engineer of JSC TATNEFT addressed the delegates of the conference. He stressed in his speech an important role of the young people in the further development of the Company. Effective tools for professional development of the Joint Stock Company's young employees are Young Professionals Boards, production management schools, in which the leading experts of the Company share their knowledge and vast experience of working with young people.

The Youth Scientific Conference was held at the premises of NGDU "Jalilneft", which celebrates its 55th anniversary this year. The Youth Scientific Forum of TATNEFT   once again demonstrated the significant professional and creative potential of the young professional oilmen.   Holding of such conferences by the Youth Committee and the Central Council of Young Professionals   of the Company is a traditional annual event and is designed to organize and strengthen the productive and creative activity of the Company's youth.

975 works from 44 companies and organizations were submitted to the Central Experts Commission in 2014, including 4 from subcontracting companies and 2 from  universities in Russia ( Bashkir State University, Samara State Technical University, BashNIPIneft, NPF "Packer", JSC "LUKOIL" and JSC "RITEK"). The Central Expert Commission selected 291 works to participate in the conference.

The winners were determined in three groups: among the Company's Oil & Gas Production Boards, among administrations, institutions and individual enterprises and among service management companies of Tatarstan.

Group I: ranking first was NGDU "Almetyevneft", 2nd - NGDU "Jalilneft" and 3rd - NGDU "Yamashneft".

Group II: ranking first was "TatNIPIneft", 2nd - Standardizing and Research Station of JSC TATNEFT and 3rd - JSC TANECO.

Group III: ranking first was "Tatnteft-RemService", 2nd - OOO "Tatintek" and 3rd -. "Tatburneft".
