OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2014. Sberbank and the State Company Avtodor signed a partnership agreement during the International Investment Forum Sochi-2014. The document was signed by CEO and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Herman Gref and Chairman of the Board of Avtodor Group Sergey Kelbakh.

The agreement is a long-term strategic partnership that aims to realize Avtodor’s investment projects and provide the state company with Sberbank’s complex banking services. In particular this cooperation will include Sberbank taking part in preparations and structuring as well as evaluating risks and the overall attractiveness of Avtodor’s investment projects.

“Avtodor is the leading company undertaking major projects in road construction and one of Sberbank’s largest clients,” said Herman Gref. “Our companies already cooperate on a range of fronts and the signing of the agreement will significantly expand this cooperation.”
