OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2014. Nordea Bank values loyalty and long-term cooperation with its customers, therefore at Nordea we seek to offer our customers improved terms and conditions in daily banking and saving services.

The updated terms and conditions of the programme will come into effect on 1 November 2014.

Please note that existing Gold customers have a transitional period of up to 2 years to reach the Gold customer’s saving and investment product volume (EUR 5 000). If during this period existing Gold customers fall short of the requirements for only the saving and investment product volume, they will still be able to enjoy the fees offered to Gold customers.
 
The decision to update the Advantage Programme stems from our observations concerning changes in the financial behaviour of households as they are increasingly focusing on saving and investment. Therefore, we have updated our Advantage Programme to accommodate changing customer habits as best as possible. From now on we will focus even more on saving and investment and will seek to become the key source of advice on financial issues for our customers who are loyal and dedicated to our services.
 
The higher tier in our Advantage Programme gives you access to exclusive benefits and lower fees for a number of bank services. To make it easier and faster for you to meet the criteria of the loyalty programme, we have combined the operations that each family member performs at Nordea Bank, which means that your aggregate funds and bank services used will be considered, thereby allowing you to move up through the tiers of the programme faster.
