OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer, announces the 4th coupon yield payment against bonds of BO-07 series.

Please be informed that today OJSC "Magnit" fulfilled its obligation of the fourth coupon redemption a gainst bonds of BO-07 series in the amount of 221,900,000 rubles.

Type of securities:  Non-convertible interest-bearing certified exchange-traded bonds to the bearer of B0-07 series with the obligatory centralized custody

State registration number of the issue of securities and the date of its state registration: № 4В 02-07-60525-Р as of 10.08.2011

Reporting (coupon) period which the yield is paid for: Fourth coupon period (24.03.2014 - 22.09.2014)

Total amount of the interest to be paid against bonds: 221,900,000 rubles excluding tax and other deductions

The amount of the interest to be paid against one bond: 44.38 rubles

Method of payment: Monetary funds in the currency of the Russian Federation by means of non-cash settlement
