OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank CIB announces the appointments of Annie Jordan as Head of Human Resources, Managing Director, and Paul Goldfinch as Chief Financial Officer.

In her new position, Annie Jordan will report to Alexander Bazarov, Senior Vice-President, Member of the Board of Sberbank and Acting Head of Sberbank CIB, and will be responsible for the company's regular HR work and take an active part in the company's key projects. Paul Goldfinch will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function within the company, and will report to Alexander Bazarov and Nikolay Tsekhomsky, Member of the Board, Senior Vice-President, Director of Sberbank's Financial Department.

Annie Jordan has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of senior management positions in the HR space. Prior to joining Sberbank CIB, Annie was founder and CEO of Lansdowne International, a leading provider of international executive search and recruitment. During that period Annie completed a number of executive search projects, specialising in the financial industry. She also implemented comprehensive HR management projects for banking industry clients. Annie spent 14 years with Heidrick & Struggles, a global leader in senior level placements and consulting HR services. As a Senior Partner, one of her major projects was establishing Heidrick & Struggles' Moscow office.

Paul Goldfinch has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 16 years at UBS in Moscow, where as a Managing Director he reached the position of EMEA Head of Accounting and Controlling. Last year he transferred to the position of Chief Operating Officer for Russia and CIS, as well the Chief Executive Officer of OOO UBS Bank.

These appointments are the latest in a number of senior hires at Sberbank CIB in 2014. Recently Sergey Smirnov joined the team as Head of the Government & Municipal Project & Programmes Division, Client Management Department, Managing Director; Tom Levinson joined Sberbank Investment Research as FX & Rates Chief Strategist and Vladimir Pantyushin joined Sberbank Investment Research as Senior Strategist, Fixed Income Research; and Igor Ushakov and Vadim Marchuk joined the Investment Banking Department as M&A Investment Banking Directors.
