OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2014. OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX-RTS: LSRG) completed buy-back of its Series-03 interest-bearing non-convertible bonds with mandatory safekeeping.

The bonds were bought back in accordance with the Public Offer as of 4 September 2014.

Registration number 4-03-55234-Е as of 02.11.2011.

The total amount of transaction was RUB 71,352,427.02 including the accrued interest.

The bond issue was placed on 14 September 2012. The maturity is 1820 days since the placement date divided into 10 coupon periods. The total size of the issue is 3,000,000 bonds with a nominal value of RUB 1,000 each.
