OREANDA-NEWS. September 22, 2014. Sberbank of Russia and Noviye Trubniye Sistemy have signed a cooperation agreement at International Investment Forum Sochi-2014.

 The document was signed by Maxim Poletaev, First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank and Edgar Veliyulin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Noviye Trubniye Sistemy.

Under the agreement the parties will carry out two joint projects in the Krasnodar Region town of Timashyovsk: construction of a workshop, organisation of the production of bent branches for Russian housing and public utilities enterprises and fuel and energy companies, and also the development of an industrial park project as part of Sberbank’s “Industrial Park” product. A total of RUB 379 mln will be invested in the first project, including RUB 300 mln from Sberbank.

Sberbank is developing its “Industrial Park” product under its “New Industrialisation” programme, the aim of which is to make financing more accessible for the manufacturing sector of the Russian economy. The programme also includes Sberbank implementing projects such as the financing of industrial parks, technoparks, special economic zones, and resident companies.

Noviye Trubniye Sistemy LLC is part of the Kubangazifikatsiya Group, which performs the full spectrum of gasification services for industrial and civil facilities and properties.
