Moldova Holds 3rd Round of Privatization
OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2014. As the Public Property Agency informs, within the framework of the investment competition it is planned to sell the cinemas in Falesti (initial price - 1,12 million lei) and Leova (0.4 million lei), Chisinau jewelry factory Giuvaier – as one property complex on the initial price of 8.1 million lei. 92,908% of state shares in Rif-Acvaaparat (13,5 million lei) and 99,606% of shares in Drumuri-Cimisila (50 million lei) are also proposed for sale.
In addition, 16 objects with a total cost of about 330 million lei, including SE Vibropribor - 60 million lei, Sanatorium Constructorul - 60 million lei, hotel "Zarya" - 35 million lei, YAK-40 airplane - 0.9 million lei, etc are also put at the auction.
At the Stock exchange on October 15-17, the auctions on the sale of the state shares in 28 joint stock companies will be held, including sale of the state's shares in Aeroport Сatering (100%), Commert-Petrol (100%), Floare-Carpet (59,486%), Alimentarmas (30,083%), EuroCcredirBank (21,019%), etc.
As it was previously reported, since the beginning of the year two rounds of privatization, in course of which the property to the amount of 143,5 million lei was sold, were held in Moldova. Revenues from privatization in 2013 amounted to 112 million lei, and in 2014 they are scheduled in the amount of 240 million lei.
