OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2014. Sberbank of Russia, represented by Bank Tatarstan, started financing the construction of the residential complex “Pobeda” in Kazan. The project will be implemented by ZhK Pobeda LLC. The loan is worth RUB 3,658 mln for a period of 4 years.

The property includes a 23 section residential complex with two floors of underground parking (each section ranges from 14-14 stories). The complex has more than 121,000 sq. m of floor space and 1,400 apartments situated on a 34,400 sq. m land plot.

ZhK Pobeda LLC is part of ZhIK Group; the Group was founded in 2006 and to date has built more than 70 buildings.
