Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 August 2014 (the “Announcement”) made by Burwill Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in relation to the Disposal and the Guarantee of the Company. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless otherwise stated herein.

As disclosed in the Announcement, it was expected that a circular (the “Circular”) containing, among others, further details of the Disposal and the Guarantee and a notice convening the SGM would be despatched to the Shareholders.

As additional time is required for the Company to prepare and finalise the financial and other information to be disclosed in the Circular, the despatch of the Circular will be delayed to on or before 26 September 2014.
