OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2014. The 13th Arbitration Appeal Court (St Petersburg) pronounced legitimacy of FAS determination on holding “Argus-Spektr” CJSC administratively liable for failure to submit information upon a request of the antimonopoly body.

Earlier “Argus-Spektr” CJSC was held administratively liable and was fined 300,000 RUB under Article 19.8 of the Code on Administrative Violations for failure to submit documents upon a request of the antimonopoly body.

“Failure to submit information upon a request of the antimonopoly authority is an administrative offence. Such actions cannot remain unpunished”, pointed out the Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department, Andrey Tenischev.
