Nordea`s Customer Programme Changed

An important part of a home bank is a customer programme based on customers` needs and expectations. Nordea`s current customer programme terms and conditions have remained unaltered for close to 10 years. However, our customers` needs and habits have changed quite a bit during this time, and therefore, we are ready to move forward with our customers.
On November 1, 2014, we will amend the terms and conditions of the bank`s customer programme. Henceforth, we will primarily proceed from reception of customer income at Nordea, the number of used bank products and volume of saving and investment products in determining the customer`s level in the programme.
The customer programme will proceed with three levels: bronze, silver and gold and the check-in package for youngsters. Nordea`s customer programme continues to focus on family. We take all family members` products and services into consideration in determining the level in the customer programme. So you gain more benefits if your entire family settles and saves at Nordea.
