OREANDA-NEWS. Indonesian capital of Djakarta saw the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Belorusneft concern and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Indonesia, as well as signing of the agreement between Indonesian State Oil Company Pertamina and Belorusneft association. This will give the Indonesian party an opportunity to start the exchange of geologic and technical information with the specialists of Belarusneft, while the latter, in their turn, will obtain access to the Indonesian service market in the field of recovery enhancement, production stimulation, engineering tracking.

During their visit to Indonesia Belarusian delegation presented the capabilities and successful projects in this field, as well as general information about Belarusneft. The representatives of the association visited the development well and custody transfer facility at mature field Djirak belonging to Pertamina Company, acquainted with the activities at the oil refinery Pladju and bulk plant in Palembang.

To determine the prospects of cooperation, the parties have agreed to implement pilot project in the field of the Oil Recovery Enhancement on the selected section.
