"The program of renovation of the vehicle parc was started after the approval of its terms with Russian car companies. Their essence is that automakers are starting the program from their own resources before the compensations for them of related costs from the budget through subsidies”, - “Prime” agency cited the head of Industry and Trade. - “They will be provided by the Government at the end of fiscal adjustment with account of all the procedures and compliance with the regulations, that is, at the end of the year. "

Thus, the total duration of the program is 4 months, starting from September 1st until December 31st of this year, the Minister added. Budget funding programs, as well as it was announced previously, will be 10 billion Rubles.

All major automakers joined to a new program of renovation of the vehicle parc. Among them - there are GAZ, AvtoVAZ, KAMAZ, "Sollers”, Ford Sollers, PSA Peugeot Citroen, Volkswagen, Renault Russia, Hyundai and KIA.

"We are monitoring continuously the situation and get the data from the automakers and dealers in real time. Only in the week since the announcement of the start of the program, it was received 4470 applications from individuals and legal entities,” - added Mr.Manturov. - “When you save these dynamics we have reason to predict the achievement of all of the mentioned indicators and increase the production of motor vehicles in the current year by more than 170 thousand units. Thus, we essentially decrease the predicted decline in production. "

Action of program spreads for all categories of vehicles - from passenger cars to commercial vehicles, buses and trucks. The buyer gets a discount on the purchase of a new vehicle, in case of delivery of the old car for a scrap or through the mechanism of Trade-In. The discount amount does not depend on the value of the old car and it varies according to the types of cars. For example, for passenger cars it is 50 thousand rubles for the depositing of car in the recycling and 40 thousand rubles - the sale of a vehicle under the scheme Trade-In. The maximum discount will be able for buyers of trucks and buses: 350 and 300 thousand rubles, respectively. Up to 350 thousand rubles will be saved by the owners of off-road vehicles, light commercial vehicles, trucks with GVW of 2,91 m to 8.2 m or more.
