IDGC of Centre Passes Audit of Existing Management System
OREANDA-NEWS. In order to improve the efficiency of the quality management system the international certification body BSI conducted a surveillance audit of the management current system in IDGC of Centre, which took place in the executive office, as well as in the branches "Bryanskenergo", "Kostromaenergo" and "Tverenergo". According to the results, it was found that the management system of the Company complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, in connection with which it was recommended to extend the IDGC of Centre's certificate validity.
The objectives of this audit were:
- verification of the effectiveness of the Company's management system in light of the internal/external changes and its continued relevance and application to the field of certification;
- demonstration of commitment to maintain the effectiveness and improvement of the management system to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS operation;
- confirmation of the integrity of the management system of the Company and compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
According to the program, the following objects were audited: the business processes "Sale of grid connection services", "Management of investment activity", "Management of perspective and technical development", "Management of electric energy quality", "Customer Relationship Management", "Sale of electric power transmission services", "Provision of electric power distribution", "Human Resources Management", "Management of production safety", "Management of information resources and technologies", as well as the business services "Logistics and Procurement Management" and "Purchasing Management".
During the audit some minor inconsistencies were identified, which, under the conclusion of the international certification body BSI, do not cast doubt on the ability of the Management System to effectively manage the Company's business processes and business services.
