OREANDA-NEWS. All the GDRs, representing interests in shares of the Company, have today been delisted from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the GDRs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled.

Further to its announcement on 11 August 2014, OJSC Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation hereby announces that:

  1. all Regulation S global depositary receipts (ISIN US0642382073); and

  2. all Section 144A global depositary receipts (ISIN US0642381083),

(together, the "GDRs"), representing interests in ordinary shares of the Company having a nominal value of 50 Roubles per share (the "Shares"), with two GDRs representing one Share, have today been delisted from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading of the GDRs on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange has been cancelled.
