OREANDA-NEWS. September 10, 2014. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) is preparing to issue a new credit card El Kart, which can be used to make payments in installments.

According to the IBA Press Service, owners of El Kart will be able to pay for goods and services in installments, withdraw cash and take advantage of some other useful features of the new IBA product.

The International Bank of Azerbaijan is the leader in Azerbaijani market of business cards.
