OREANDA-NEWS. Belarus' OAO Vitebskdrev has launched a new facility in August 2014 with an installed capacity to manufacture 132,000 cubic metres of medium and high density fibreboard (MDF/HDF), a company representative told.

The total value of credit resources invested in the project stands at €86.1 million.

Vitebskdrev's fibreboard project relies on IMAL equipment (Italy) in hope in increasing the share of exports.

Established in 1927, Vitebskdrev manufactures medium and high density fibreboards, wooden door and window units, palettes.
