He earlier held the position of CEO of LLC TK "NefteChimGaz". Ruslan Goryukhin, the former CEO of LLC "STROYGAZMONTAZH", has left his post because of the transfer to another job where he will focus his efforts on the development of other strategic directions of business.

Andrey Ivanovich Kirilenko was born on June 9, 1962. He graduated Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MIFI), the faculty of Technical Physics, the specialization is physics of metals. He had been working as a Lead Engineer at the "Chemical Engineering" Design Department for many years, later on he occupied the leadership positions at the oil and gas enterprises. Andrey Kirilenko is the Chairman of "Petrochemical Equipment" section of "New Technologies of the Gas Industry" Equipment Manufacturers Association.
