On Tuesday, Ukrtelecom engineers completely restored Internet access in the following localities of Lugansk Oblast: Alchevsk, Belovodsk, Markovka, Lisichansk, Sverdlovsk, Popasnoye, Belokurakino, Svatovo, Troitskoye, Severodonetsk, Kremennaya, Rubezhnoye, Starobelsk, Novoaydar, Novopskov, Stakhanov, Kirovsk and the nearby areas. Yesterday some subscribers might have problems with online connection due to the damaged communications line.

Our employees continue repair works in Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts.

Ukrtelecom understand the importance of communications for the region and take every effort to enable the subscribers to contact their families, call the emergency services, etc. Unfortunately, the hostilities stall the repairs and reconstruction carried out by Ukrtelecom crews. The engineers start working only after checking that it is safe for their lives.
