OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2014. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by TransFin-M LLC to pay accrued interest on the fourth coupon of the company’s Series BO-14 issue bonds.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 10.5% per annum, or 52 rubles 36 kopecks per bond. In all, the Bank paid out 20,655,025.16 rubles.

TransFin-M floated its three-year Series BO-14 issue of exchange-traded bonds on August 30, 2012 to raise 500million rubles.
