OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2014. Share of UniCredit Bank Austria AG in the registered capital of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" increased from 36.90% to 37.35%. Shares of other significant shareholders - owners of significant interest in the share capital - have not changed and amount 26.479% to UniCredit SpA and 35.581% in JSC "Ferrotrade International".

As a result UniCredit's share in the registered capital of PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" increased from 98.964% to 99.413%.

Increasing the shareholder's proportion (as a percentage of the share capital) is the result of the acquisition of the bank's common registered shares repurchased from the bank's shareholders during mandatory redemption.

To remind, in the result of the accession of PJSC "UniCredit Bank" assets to PJSC "Ukrsotsbank" in December 2013, there was created a more powerful financial institution, represented at the market under the UniCredit Bank brand.
