NTT DOCOMO, INC., a personalized mobile solutions provider for smarter living, announced today that business customers in Japan are most satisfied with mobile phone or PHS services from DOCOMO-the sixth consecutive year the company has achieved this top ranking-according to the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2014 Japan Business Mobile Phone Service StudySM.

The study, which was released yesterday, determines rankings based on customer satisfaction benchmarks in four categories: handset and service, troubleshooting, sales representatives, and cost. DOCOMO scored highest in overall satisfaction.
