OREANDA-NEWS. AUTOBACS SEVEN Co., Ltd. announces today that its consolidated subsidiary, Yumesho Ltd.("Yumesho") is taking over the store ownership of Book-Ace Ltd.("Book-Ace"), a member corporation of the AUTOBACS franchise chain. Details are as follows:
1. Purpose of transfer
As described in its Medium-Term Business Plan, AUTOBACS Group is aiming to increase market share and improve store profitability by strengthening its domestic AUTOBACS store business.
As part of the effort, the Company decided to consolidate store ownership in the Mito-Hitachi area, to simplify the operational structure and increase area competitiveness and management efficiency.

2. Outline of the transfer of store ownership
YUMESHO, is taking over the operation on AUTOBACS MITO-SUMIYOSHI Store, AUTOBACS MITO-BYPASS Store, AUTOBACS HITACHI-KANAZAWA Store and AUTOBACS HITACHINAKA Store from BOOK-ACE, which is one of the Company's franchisees.
