OREANDA-NEWS. September 02, 2014. The German bank Commerzbank has awarded Siauliu bankas with “Straight-Through Processing Award 2013” for a fully automated and top quality performance of international transactions for the third year in turn.

"STP Award“ is granted to banks when more than 97 percent of the international payment orders submitted to Commerzbank are subject to fully automated processing, i.e. they shouldn't be corrected manually.

Senior Representative of Commerzbank AG in Riga Robert Schoepf, granting the award, emphasized  the high level of professionalism of  Siauliu bankas' staff   in execution of payments in euros and wished to continue maintaining  such a high level of services provided by the bank.

"The fact that we managed to deserve such an award for 2013, when Siauliu bankas faced many challenges and the numbers of international payment order increased almost by 50 per cent in comparison with of  2012,  is the result of accurate and responsible performance", - says Vilija Meskauskiene, Director of Financial Institutions and Settlement Department of Siauliu bankas.
