OREANDA-NEWS. September 01, 2014. The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Orenburg region (Orenburg OFAS Russia) fined “Orsk Vodokanal” Ltd. over 4 million RUB for violating the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The company refused to provide technical conditions to “Kruiz” store for connecting to cold water supply networks with any economic or technological justification.

Orsk Water Supply Company was held administratively liable for committing the violation and was fined 4,158,000 RUB.
