Oranta Introduces Practice of Weekly Conference Calls
OREANDA-NEWS. At the end of July 2014 in order to improve the mechanism of interaction of "Oranta" Head Office with the regional offices the Company introduced the practice of weekly conference calls with the participation of the Company's management and directors of the branches.
This form of communication between divisions allows to ask a question and get an answer in real-time, share the latest news important for the whole company and to respond quickly to changes in the environment.
The centerpiece of such meetings is devoted to the analysis of the current financial condition of the Company and the development of measures necessary to ensure the stable operation in today's complex political and economic conditions.
Much attention is paid to the opinion of regional managers in how to settle insurance claims and cooperate with the "Garant-Assistance LLC". The incentive scheme for the best employees and divisions for their achievements in the collection of insurance premiums, the task of optimization of the Company's costs, methods and forms of traditional "Oranta" insurance campaigns for population are also under discussion.
During conference calls that took place before this time, is has been noted that "Oranta" has strengthened its position in many regions. Most of its branches ensure a good inflow of insurance premiums, and a significant level of profitability.
