OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) upgraded the credit rating of Joint-Stock CB Express-credit to A level, which means “High level of creditworthiness”. Rating outlook - “stable”, the third rating sub-level. Earlier the Bank had rating B++ “Acceptable level of creditworthiness” and “positive” outlook.

Among the key positive factors that conditioned the rating upgrade the Agency highlights business profitability growth, decrease of the share of charged assets and improvement of the credit portfolio quality.

Rating restraining influence is exerted by the remaining quite low capital adequacy ratio, high concentration of active transactions on major credit risk objects as well as limited business geography and weak competitive positions on the banking market of the key.
