OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2014. During the period from August 18 to August 22, 2014, Eni acquired n. 614,500 shares for a total consideration of EUR 11,328,800.08, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's General Meeting of shareholders on May 8, 2014, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on August 22, 2014 Eni holds n. 26,769,137 shares equal to 0.74% of the share capital.
