CyberPlat® Releases Service for Saint-Petersburg Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. August 25, 2014. CyberPlat® electronic payment system and OJSC Saint-Petersburg Bank announce launch of an "automatic payment for mobile communication" service for the bank customers. This modern convenient service is accessible for all users of the "Big Trinity" of mobile operators of Russia, who hold an account in Saint-Petersburg Bank.
The service is activated through the Internet-bank system. In doing so customer personally sets the minimal balance amount of their mobile phone choosing one of the three options (30, 50 or 600 rubles), as well as a top-up amount in the range of 50 — 10 000 rubles. Service activation is confirmed by a text message.
Once account balance of the subscriber drops below the minimum balance, mobile communication operator (MTS, MegaFon, BeeLine) sends a request to top-up the balance to the bank via CyberPlat® system. Automatic withdrawal of funds from the card account of the customer in Saint-Petersburg Bank is then processed and credited to the mobile account in amount designated by the customer, whereupon the customer receives a text message confirming the transaction.
The service gives an opportunity to top-up multiple mobile balances, while transactions are controlled via the card statements.
Automatic payments in favor of mobile operators are effected on a 24-hours basis regardless of whereabouts of the user and on a real-time basis.
