OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2014. During the period from August 11 to August 14, 2014, Eni acquired n. 493,500 shares for a total consideration of EUR 9,008,098.13, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni’s General Meeting of shareholders on May 8, 2014, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on August 14, 2014 Eni holds n. 26,154,637  shares equal to 0.72% of the share capital.
