OREANDA-NEWS. August 21, 2014. Vladimir Vilenchik has been appointed manager of the St.Petersburg branch of Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group).

Vladimir Vilenchik was born in St.Petersburg in 1961, when his home town was called Leningrad. He received a higher education in economics from the N.A.Voznesensky Institute of Finance and Economics. He has a doctorate in economics.

Vladimir Vilenchik has been in banking for over nine year already – advancing from deputy head manager of Vneshtorgbank’s branch in St.Petersburg to counsel for the President-Management Board Chairman of the Bank VTB OJSC.

Vladimir Vilenchik has been with Sviaz-Bank since April 2014, and before the current appointment he was head of a regional project at Sviaz-Bank’s Network Department.
