OREANDA-NEWS. The new Moscow Domodedovo Airport project combines recreation and education as part of training future specialists. The air hub launched a summer camp for students participating in the Inflow Program which has been implemented for more than ten years.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport created a new project Inflow - Success Technology, which will allow students to develop their creative abilities, gain new knowledge and demonstrate existing skills. For this purpose, the air hub organized a summer camp where the participants of the project were to spend ten days with profit to their health and personal development. The most successful and creative young people trained under the Inflow program came to the recreation center, where a fascinating journey into the world of big professional opportunities and unforgettable experiences was prepared for them.

Young people lived in the country complex in comfortable conditions: cozy rooms, a swimming pool, modern gym, basketball, volleyball and football grounds, equestrian facilities, a boat station - all of which successfully complemented the most important and interesting part of the event. The participants had a task to develop a plan for implementation of innovative projects at Moscow Domodedovo Airport, from which the most potentially successful one will be chosen. It is quite possible that the best idea will be embodied in the air hub in the future.

Leading Moscow Domodedovo Airport experts helped participants in this contest: the intense educational program included seminars, trainings, workshops with experts of the airport. Future professionals were given an opportunity to gain theoretical and practical knowledge, illustrating subtleties of the airport operations.

The main criteria in selecting applicants for the project Inflow - Success Technology were the results of monitoring knowledge acquired during the specialty training, creativity and pro-active attitude of young people. The creative component is a part of the future project of the participants. Moreover, the participants could demonstrate their ingenuity not only during the training period: in keeping with the best traditions of summer camps recreational activities were waiting for them: team building, quests, sports events, club of the cheerful and sharp-witted, exciting excursions and theme parties.

In order to develop practical skills for effective planning and managing production processes in students trained under the Inflow Program, Moscow Domodedovo Airport also annually conducts the Business Game. Its participants are promising students selected based their academic record. The Business Game simulates real-world business processes of the airport, managed by the future professionals for a short period of time. The key to success here is the best financial results showing the level of efficiency of young people and serve as an incentive to win.

Such projects as the Business Game and Inflow - Success Technology are the most prestigious forms of recognition of the Inflow Targeted Educational Program students. They are an effective mechanism for improving HR policy and refreshing the corps d'elite.
